The McGrath Acura of Westmont Sales BDC is looking for the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn who will have an immediate positive impact on our growing department. BDC Sales Professionals looking for an opportunity to drive our department forward and earn competitive pay on day one should apply here!
This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer all incoming phone callsand schedule a sales appointment.
- Follow up with all previous days leads
- Create customer contact notes in CRM.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to Customer website requests via text email or phone their preference
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
- Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
- Assist the sales departments efforts to increase automotive sales
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism salesmanship teamwork organization and customer service.
- Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
