Your first two months are guaranteed pay. So even while youre learning youre earning. Most new hires start making real money by their second week.
Our average salesperson takes home $6000 to $9000 a month. Thats not the top earners. Thats the middle.
What we actually need from you:
- You like people.
- Youre willing to learn.
Thats it. If youve never sold a car in your life even better. Wed rather teach you our way than untrain someone elses bad habits.
