Experience handling day-to-day BAU (Business As Usual) support activities
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide quick resolution for production/support issues
Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts
Experience working with integrations workflows and access management processes
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
Strong overall IAM background
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience working in enterprise support environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform code-level debugging and troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve production support issues
Support daily technical and operational activities
Handle root cause analysis for system/application issues
Work closely with internal teams for issue resolution and support
Ensure smooth IAM operations and system stability
