About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Lawton OK. This is a great opportunity for an RT/RRT with strong cardiopulmonary experience who is comfortable supporting patients across different age groups.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders
Administer oxygen therapy aerosol treatments and chest physiotherapy
Monitor and support patients on mechanical ventilation
Assist with treatment plans for conditions such as COPD asthma and pneumonia
Collaborate with physicians nurses and healthcare team members
Assess patient response to therapy and document care accurately

Requirements

Active Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist license required
Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
BLS/BCLS certification required
Experience with cardiopulmonary care and respiratory treatments
Ability to work night shifts
Strong patient care communication and clinical assessment skills
