Requirements:
- 1 year experience required
- Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
- SC RRT license
- Certificates Required: ACLS BLS PALS NRP National license/certificate
- 1 year of EPIC experience.
- Medication System: Pyxis & Omnicell
- Able to work in all areas of PEDS which include PICU NICU ER and Acute Care.
Required Skills:
- Medication Delivery Systems: Aerosol set up mask Aerosol set up trach Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI)
- Medication Administration: Albuterol Atrovent Flovent Mucomyst Xopenex
- Oxygen therapy: Bag and mask High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Trach collar
- Work Settings: Emergency Department Pediatric Critical Care Pediatrics
- Nebulizer: Handheld Trach collar
Preferred Skills:
- Neonatal/Pediatrics - Equipment/procedures: Apnea Monitor Capillary blood gases
Schedule:
- Shifts: 3x12hour shifts. Days 0700-1930 or Nights 1900-0730
- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend (but may vary based on need)
- Floating is required if needed.
