What This Job Is

Were looking for someone who can keep jobs moving.

Youll be building routers scheduling work and workingdirectly with the shop to make sure parts actually get out the door whentheyre supposed to.

If youve been around machining and understand how jobsflow through a shop youll do well here. If you havent this probably isntthe right fit.

What Youll Be Doing

Build and maintain job routers that actuallymake sense for how parts are made

Schedule work across machines departments andoutside processors

Work with machinists managers and purchasingto keep things moving

Adjust schedules when things change (becausethey will)

Flag problems early instead of reacting whenits too late

What You Need to Know

Manufacturing experience required. Machine shopexperience strongly preferred

You understand how parts move through a shopnot just how they look on paper

Can read prints and follow job requirements

Organized enough to keep multiple jobs straightat once

Comfortable walking out on the floor and gettinganswers

Not afraid to ask questions or push whensomething doesnt make sense

What Will Make You Stand Out

Youve done routing or scheduling before

Youve worked on a machine shop floor before

Youve worked with JobBOSS or a similar system

You understand machining processes (setups runtimes outside processing etc.)

You dont wait to be told theres a problem
