Responsibilities include building pursuit baseline and construction schedules; coordinating with project teams and subcontractors; supporting schedule updates and analyses; and mentoring operations teams on scheduling processes and FunctionsScheduling and Planning:Develop conceptual pursuit preconstruction and detailed project schedules using Primavera baseline and procurement schedules in coordination with project teams and schedule visuals charts and reports to support communication and planning. Schedule Update and Analysis:Perform regular schedule updates including logic adjustments duration changes and activity change order reviews and perform orassistwith Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) to evaluate delays and recovery monthly schedule status reports andmaintainbilling & Communication:Work closely with field and office personnel to align schedules with construction sequencing and means/ operations staff on scheduling software CPM concepts and schedule in project reviews and meetings to assess schedule risk discuss delays and propose recovery & Software Responsibilities:Maintainaccurateschedule files documentation and software license schedulescomply withcompany standards and contractual degree in Construction Management EngineeringArchitectureor related fieldOR7 years of progressive commercial construction experience including 5 years of Scheduling experienceORequivalent combination of education and P6 Professional Bluebeam and Microsoft experience with construction-related scheduling Critical Path knowledge of construction methods and of contract requirements in scheduling and to read and understand plans and ofconstructability sequencing procurement workflows and baseline planning principles. Ability to travel as neededwithin divisionfor meetings schedule development and ExperienceExperience in scheduling and productivity knowledge of virtual construction technology systems(4D).Proficiencyin creating baseline schedules for large or complex performing time impact analyses (fragnets) and explaining impact with schedule risk evaluation.
