Position Overview
Mercurys Coffee Production Team Members play a key role in supporting our growing retail and wholesale operations. This position works behind the scenes to help ensure our coffee products and supplies are prepared packaged and delivered with consistency and quality. We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in attention to detail.

What Youll Do

Assist with coffee roasting support packaging labeling and order preparation.
Accurately portion seal and organize coffee products for retail and wholesale distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production and warehouse areas.
Help receive stock and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
Prepare and stage products for deliveries and store fulfillment.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Work closely with the production warehouse and operations teams to meet daily goals.
Support additional production and warehouse tasks as assigned.

Previous warehouse production food manufacturing or coffee experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Have or ability to obtain a food handlers permit by time of hire
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Must be able to stand bend reach and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Ability to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
