Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care (LTC)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care assignment in Alma Michigan. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and dependable nurse dedicated to providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
The RN will provide direct patient care medication administration assessments and ongoing support to residents requiring long-term care services.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Complete patient assessments and maintain accurate charting
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility protocols safety standards and infection control guidelines
Support resident comfort dignity and overall well-being
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
Follow all facility and regulatory policies and procedures
Requirements
Active RN License required
Minimum one year of LTC experience preferred
Current BLS Certification required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong assessment communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
