Returns Goods Coordinator
Location: Milwaukee Wisconsin
Job type: Full time
Schedule: 6:00am start time Monday-Friday
Hourly pay: $21.00 - $26.00/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly salary short-term incentive bonus and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

What Youll Do
As a Return Goods Coordinator you will administer the flow of goods and supporting paperwork from customer returns vendor shipping errors and inventory overstocks back to the vendor for credit in a timely and organized fashion.
You will
- Initiate return goods requests (RGA) with vendors; monitor and follow-up regularly to expedite vendor RGAs and credit memos; issue return debit memos where appropriate.
- Handle disputes regarding debits credits receiving discrepancies and inventory in a professional timely manner.
- Manage customer returns and credits of non-stock material in a timely manner with communication to sales where appropriate.
- Oversee the return goods inventory area maintaining return goods inventory in an orderly manner with proper documentation of all returns including overstock and defective products.
- Initiate and maintain return debit paperwork including initial return requests and return debits; update vendor RGA and return shipping information to allow tracking back to the vendor as needed.
- Process inbound stock and direct order freight claims.
- Follow and promote procedures that keep the warehouse safe and secure
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift push and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly or up to 75 lbs. with the assistance of supportive equipment or team members
- Ability to stand and walk for much of your shift
- Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment like a forklift and handheld scanning device (we provide training)
- Ability to work in various temperatures within our warehouse
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
