Job Summary
Overview: In partnership with the Hunger Task Force ( CommonBond is excited to offer a free Summer Meal Program at Meadow Village and Florist Gardens! From June to the end of August meals will be available for Meadow Village and Florist Garden residents as well as the general public. Step into a leadership role as a Resident Experience this position you will provide general assistance while also leading and guiding to ensure a smooth and successful meal distribution process. As a resident experience coordinator you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive environment for residents and contribute to the mission in promoting dignity respect and inclusiveness for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with delegating tasks & ensuring everyone is working effectively & cooperatively.
Offer support and answer questions from volunteers providing guidance and clarifications when needed.
Foster a positive & inclusive atmosphere by promoting teamwork respect & effective communication among volunteers
Collaborate with staff members to address any issues concerns or challenges that may arise.
- Help maintain & ensure orderly flow during meal distribution guiding participants to food lines eating areas etc.
Interact with residents in a friendly & respectful manner providing assistance & answering questions.
Wipe down eating tables after someone leaves to prepare the spot for a new participant.
Work with staff in encouraging Meadow Village residents to participate in meal service.
Time Commitment:
4 hours a day
Meals provided: June through August.

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead and guide a team of volunteers.
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
Patience empathy and a friendly demeanor when interacting with residents.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations or changes in the meal distribution process.
Complete an application pass a background check and attend a virtual orientation.
