Business Driver: Backfilling/strengthening leadership over the specific Reporting & AppSheet pillars within the REWS Technical Programs business unit.

Deliverables & Scope: Leading a team of 10 onshore/offshore resources in a 2-week agile sprint cycle. Ownership over QBRs compliance workflows and dashboard optimization.

Extension: High chance of extension past the initial 12/31/2026 end date based on performance and budget.

Level & Budget: Role maps to an Equivalent Grade 8 (Level 8 CM&T / Technology Services / Application Managed Services).

The REWS Technical Programs team supports the organization across five key pillars: dashboards & reports AppSheet solutions data quality programs reporting layer management and data migration support. This team is looking for a strong strategic Program Manager to specifically oversee and scale the Reporting and AppSheet pillars. The mission of this role is to drive process maturity optimize reporting assets and effectively manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

• Oversee the end-to-end design build and maintenance of organizational dashboards reports (Looker Studio PLX Google Sheets) and AppSheet solutions.
• Provide strategic vision and drive overall process maturity across all assigned reporting platforms and application architectures.
• Accountable for proactive relationship management and clear communication across key stakeholders within the REWS organization.
• Own and govern end-to-end Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes and strict compliance workflows.
• Directly manage a mixed onshore/offshore team of approximately 10 resources delivering deliverables within a structured two-week agile sprint framework.
• Identify project risks deliver comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and elevate critical concerns early to leadership while finding opportunities to optimize assets.
