Business and System Analyst, GSOC Program

Job Summary
This role supports the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) by combining data analysis system administration and reporting responsibilities to maintain and improve GSOC systems ensure data accuracy and reliability support integrations and troubleshooting and deliver actionable insights. The role partners closely with GSOC leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure systems data and reporting align with operational needs and business objectives enabling effective decisionmaking during both steadystate and highimpact risk events.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with GSOC leadership and key stakeholders to gather document and translate operational and reporting requirements into practical data system and reporting solutions.
- Support the administration configuration and daytoday functionality of GSOC systems and applications including basic troubleshooting and coordination of issue resolution.
- Collect clean organize and maintain securityrelated data sets used for reporting analysis and operational decisionmaking.
- Monitor system performance and data flows identify data quality or system issues and coordinate resolution to help ensure stable reliable GSOC operations.
- Develop and deliver recurring reports dashboards and briefings (weekly monthly quarterly) for GSOC leadership and key stakeholders.
- Analyze trends across incidents alarms emergencies risk events and GSOC operations to identify risks opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist with system testing enhancements upgrades and new capabilities including automation integrations and AIenabled analytics where applicable.
- Document data definitions reporting logic workflows and system processes to improve consistency transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Global Security partners IT teams vendors and other internal functions to ensure GSOC systems and reporting align with business needs and enduser requirements.
- Apply data governance access control privacy and security best practices to protect information and support compliance expectations.
Qualifications :
- High School diploma required. Bachelors Degree preferred preferably in data analytics information systems business computer science or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in data analytics reporting system support or a related role preferred. Prior experience working in a GSOC or SOC preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred. Experience with AIenabled tools automation or APIbased integrations is a plus.
- Experience supporting business or operational systems including user access troubleshooting or integrations.
- Experience with Genetec and Everbridge systems preferred.
- Ability to gather and document requirements map processes and translate operational needs into functional data and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced global and operationally sensitive environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy access management and security best practices preferred; experience supporting incident response crisis management or security operations strongly preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
