Persistence AI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Support Services Specialist to join our growing this role you will provide administrative operational and customer support services to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is organized responsive tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional email chat and phone support to clients and team members
• Assist with scheduling data entry file management and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Prepare reports spreadsheets and support documents as needed
• Monitor workflows and assist with general administrative operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Support onboarding and communication processes for new clients or staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support administrative support or remote operations preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and virtual communication tools
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
