The Division of Enrollment Management is looking for a Registrar Services Coordinator III to support university catalog production curriculum implementation degree audit processes and registrar systems this role you will manage and maintain academic catalog content assist with curriculum and degree audit processes coordinate alternative credentialing initiatives and support registrar-related systems websites and training materials.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Catalog Management
Coordinate and manage processes related to the annual publication of university catalogs.
Oversee catalog content updates including verifying accuracy drafting editing and ensuring consistent formatting and style.
Maintain and update the catalog using the universitys catalog management system.
Coordinate catalog data refreshes and assist with automation and integration of catalog-related systems and processes.
Verify and maintain non-curriculum content including policies procedures and academic calendars.
Ensure degree program information is updated accurately and coordinate related website links.
Communicate with campus catalog partners to ensure deadlines are met and updates are completed.
Coordinate production of PDF catalog versions and archival of prior catalogs.
Develop and maintain documentation for catalog-related procedures and workflows.
Attend catalog and software-related trainings and seminars to identify process improvement opportunities.
Cross-train team members on catalog production processes to provide operational backup support.
Curriculum and Degree Audit Support
Attend monthly curriculum committee meetings to track approved curriculum changes.
Review curriculum proposals and provide feedback related to catalog production requirements.
Maintain curriculum inventory records supporting approved university courses.
Submit approved curriculum changes through applicable state processes.
Assist with implementing approved curriculum changes within the student information system.
Support maintenance of the universitys degree audit process and ensure compliance with curriculum standards.
Collaborate with academic advisors to support degree audit accuracy and related processes.
Assist with the review and approval of degree audit analyses and tracking requirements for degree candidates.
Systems and Credential Coordination
Support alternative credentialing initiatives including badges micro-credentials and the Comprehensive Learner Record (CLR).
Assist with software configuration maintenance and data entry for credentialing systems.
Maintain and update the Registrars website to ensure accurate and accessible information.
Coordinate with Enrollment Marketing and Communications on website updates and content management.
Draft proofread and format web content and registrar forms for publication.
Assist with testing planning and implementation of student record system updates.
Develop and update training materials for internal staff and campus partners.
Operational Support
Cross-train to support functions across the office during peak workload periods.
Assist with special projects and additional registrar-related initiatives as assigned.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office processes and continuous service improvement.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Expected Salary:
$52000 annually
