Pay Rate: $70/hr $73/hr
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 2 years Operating Room experience required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator for a day shift opportunity in Vail Colorado. This role is ideal for an OR RN who can provide safe compassionate and individualized perioperative nursing care while supporting efficient patient flow in a surgery center setting.
Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for surgical patients and their families

Circulate for operating room procedures and support surgical workflow

Collaborate with providers staff and care team members to support positive outcomes

Monitor patient flow to promote safety efficiency and satisfaction

Perform assessments prioritize patient needs and apply critical thinking skills

Administer medications perform treatments and assist with procedures as needed

Provide patient education and support informed healthcare decisions

Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow patient safety guidelines
Requirements

Active Colorado Registered Nurse license or valid compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years Operating Room experience required

BLS/BCLS required

ACLS required
-
Strong assessment prioritization communication and delegation skills required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

CAPS requirement must be completed as soon as possible
