Schedule: Night Shift 6:45 PM 7:15 AM; 3 shifts per week

About the Role
We are seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse for a 12-week night-shift contract opportunity in Carlinville Illinois. This role supports adult medical-surgical patients in a critical access hospital setting and requires strong clinical judgment accurate documentation and flexibility with holiday coverage.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for adult Med Surg patients during night shifts
Assess patient conditions monitor changes and respond to clinical needs
Administer medications treatments and interventions according to care plans
Document patient care accurately using CPSI/Evident
Collaborate with the care team to support safe and effective patient outcomes
Requirements
Active Illinois Registered Nurse License Required
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience required
Critical access hospital experience preferred
CPSI/Evident experience preferred
Must be available for 12-hour night shifts and holiday coverage as required
