Registered Nurse Director - Behavioral Health

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Behavioral Health Department will have the following job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall management of the departments goals and objectives daily operations to achieve quality improvement fiscal productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Responsible for staff performance and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate hospital department and safety policies and procedures to meet both company and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for planning organizing directing and supervising quality patient care and acting as a liaison with patients and their representatives physicians and employees.
• Responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Behavioral Health Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Other-Fingerprint Required
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree Required
• Masters Degree must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• No Travel Required
• Minimum of 5 Years Required of Dir BH Experience or a seasoned Mgr with 5 years in a current acute care setting will be considered
