Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to K12 students at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

Requirements:
Current RBT credential issued by the BACB
School-based ABA experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy using evidence-based strategies including DTT and NET
Support implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
Collect analyze and graph student behavior data
Support direct individual and/or group ABA sessions as specified in student IEPs
Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior documentation as directed
Participate in staff and parent coaching efforts as appropriate
Coordinate with BCBA supervisors for clinical oversight
Any other duties as assigned within scope
