Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are currently seekingRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBT)orBehavior Technicians(BT)to provide direct ABA services through insurance and private pay. Immediate fee for service positions are available in our facility in Hauppauge. Services may be provided in home-based school-based or center-based settings or at our Liberty POST POST has offered its clients a range of high-quality and individualized services since 1994. Backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services circle originally POST was a speech-language practice in Syracuse NY and has grown to provide a range of services throughout New York State and Indiana. We employ over 500 professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation direct therapy and family education through child-directed play. We are focused on the importance of a childs natural learning environment a familys unique strengths and needs and the diverse population we Duties and Responsibilities:Providing ABA therapy for children diagnosed with team meetings and training when and collaboratively work with a BCBA supervisorArrive in a timely manner and be well prepared for each therapy notes/data collection throughout the therapy and provide support to the families provided with these responses and communication with the administrative Knowledge and Experience:High School DiplomaMinimum of one year of ABA preferred not required will provide training.A valid drivers license and proof of car passionate skilled and devoted to working with families and children with various a desire to grow and develop with a fast-growing therapeutic center that incorporates a multidisciplinary team in working with management and at the grassroots for this position:Health Insurance for FT positions or large enough caseloadMentoring is offered to all providersCEU credits offered throughASHA AOTA APTA and CTLEFlexible schedulingWork with a team of professionals that care about making a differenceRBT certification available if not already certifiedJob Type:Part-timePay Rate:Starting at $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience and certificationLiberty POST is an equal opportunity employer.
