Play with Kids! Behavior Technician
Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling.
As a Behavior Technician youll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking playing and making choices.
No experience required! Just a big heart patience and love for kids.

- Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
- Use play patience and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills

Pay & Benefits
- $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education
- Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm 8:00pm (15-20/week)
Hiring Bonus
- $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
Additional Pay Incentives
- $2/hour for weekend shifts
- $5/hour for company-observed holidays

Who Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual a plus!
No experience No problem!
