Build the Process Behind a High-Performing Recruiting Team
As we continue to grow we need someone who can bring structure consistency and accountability to our recruiting process. Youll work closely with leadership and recruiters to manage search workflows optimize technology platforms and ensure projects move efficiently from launch to completion.
Were looking for a highly organized process-driven Recruitment Coordinator to help build the infrastructure that supports our expanding recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who understands recruiting operations enjoys creating systems and thrives behind the scenes helping recruiters perform at their highest level.
What Youll Do
Coordinate executive search projects from kickoff through completion ensuring a seamless experience for clients candidates and recruiters.
Manage recruiting operations and workflows including candidate pipelines timelines reporting and CRM data integrity.
Leverage recruiting technology and systems to support search execution process efficiency and best practices.
Develop and improve processes creating standard operating procedures and driving operational excellence across the team.
Serve as a key resource to recruiters providing project management support system training and onboarding assistance.

Ideal Background
Recruiting talent acquisition recruiting operations or search coordination experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (PCRecruiter is a plus) LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing tools or recruiting databases
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong technology aptitude and process mindset
Ability to influence and hold teams accountable without direct authority
Able to work from our office in Solon OH.
