Receptionist

SA Recycling is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will provide stellar customer service to guests handle incoming communications and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail.

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor Relations: Greet and welcome clients vendors and guests warmly upon arrival.
• Phone & Email: Answer screen and route incoming calls; manage the main company inbox.
• Mail Logistics: Sort distribute and track daily mail courier packages and incoming shipments.
• Administrative Support: Assist teams with scanning filing data entry and document prep.
• Schedule Management: Coordinate meeting room bookings calendar invites and guest arrivals.
• Office Upkeep: Keep the reception area clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 years of experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage phone lines and visitors simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Reliable punctual and able to handle front-office tasks with minimal supervision.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
