Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our growing team in the Real Estate/Property Management sector. This role is essential to achieving high occupancy rates delivering top-tier resident experiences and supporting the day-to-day success of our properties. As a key point of contact for prospective and current residents youll combine strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset to guide renters through the leasing process. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships solving problems and excelling in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lease vacant units to qualified applicants while meeting or exceeding occupancy and leasing targets.
- Conduct professional property tours highlighting key features amenities and community benefits.
- Respond quickly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities including applications leases renewals and payments.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process.
- Stay informed about market trends competitor offerings and industry changes to support effective pricing and positioning strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- 12 years of experience in leasing sales or customer service preferably in real estate or property management.
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi OneSite Entrada RealPage or similar is a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with digital tools and software; open to learning new systems as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
