Hourly Wage: $17.75

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To efficiently answer incoming calls and direct to the proper company department or employee and professionally greet and assist visitors

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Direct incoming calls to the appropriate recipient while providing an excellent customer experience

Assist all Prides visitors in a courteous and professional manner while following all established company visitation policies and procedures

Function effectively within a high-volume call environment

Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training

Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must be a friendly team player professional detail-oriented and honest

Must have a willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

Must convey a positive calm and patient approach

Must have the ability to:

Multi-task problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

Clearly articulate verbally and/or make inquiries to correctly route incoming calls

Sit speak and listen to callers and visitors

Must have:

Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent web navigation skills

Excellent personal presence and professional appearance

PREFERRED SKILLS

Switchboard operator skills or telecommunications equipment skills preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist/Secretary or in a customer service-based position receiving inbound calls

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
