Job Summary

TheReceptionistis the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer calls and greet guests in a timely pleasantand professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone system; determine callers needs and route to the appropriate department.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide an excellent customer service experience.

• Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson.

• Comply with all company policies procedures and safety standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Outgoing and positive demeanor.

• Team player and ability to collaborate with others effectively.

• Professional well-groomed personal appearance.

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
