Position Overview
Global IT is seeking a friendly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people coordinating daily office activities and creating a positive first impression for students visitors and business partners.
Location: Southfield Michigan
Schedule: 3240 Hours per Week (Based on Eligibility)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors students and callers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain office calendars appointments and meeting schedules.
- Assist prospective students with information registration paperwork and course-related inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
- Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students clients and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist office administration or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and general office software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
