Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Quality LIMS Administrator located in Cornelia Ga
The quality LIMS administrator is expected to be the subject matter expert and business owner of the LIMS system for the Athens and Cornelia Medtech addition the LIMS administrator will support standardization and improvement of LIMS governance processes support system enhancements perform / organize user acceptance testing create and manage any system related documents. Organizes administrative organizational testing and inspection support for the Quality Control department. Performs Quality Control support and maintenance tasks and participates in developing new testing and inspection procedures. Helps monitor and maintain documentation of quality tests audits and inspections in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Uses data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Implements risk mitigations and process improvements with support. Escalates issues and risks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain LIMS system in a healthy state and in compliance with local procedures and regulatory requirements
Serve as first-line LIMS administrator: user provisioning roles/permissions workflows and routine configuration.
Support change control activities executing LIMS tasks.
Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
Qualifications
Education:
University/bachelors degree or Equivalent.
Generally requires 0-2 years of related work experience
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Generally requires 0-2 years of related work experience
Strong background and knowledge of quality systems management elements like change
control computer system validation issue management.
Demonstrated experience at participation in process improvement initiatives with cross-functional diverse global teams using process excellence methodologies / tools.
Includes demonstrated effective project management skills
Preferred:
Prefer experience in medical devices or life science management quality management or related field (Medical Devices Pharma biotechnology or equivalent).

$54000.00 - $86940.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
