What Youll Be Doing

In this role youll be the gatekeeper of quality across manufactured and received materials. Your work ensures that what leaves our facility meets the highest standards.

Day to day you will:

• Inspect manufactured and incoming materials for accuracy and completeness
• Perform first article inspections on in-house and received parts
• Identify investigate and help resolve nonconforming materials
• Participate as a member of the Material Review Board
• Support corrective action investigations for internal and field complaints
• Calibrate manage and safeguard inspection tools gauges and fixtures
• Coordinate outside calibration services for larger equipment
• Audit processes and equipment to ensure ongoing compliance
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Keep things moving with additional support tasks as assigned
• Maintain prompt reliable attendance (your team counts on you!)

What You Bring to the Table

Were looking for someone who blends technical skill with curiosity and accountability.

Youll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints (ANSI Y14.5M)
• Experience with hand inspection tools (calipers micrometers etc.)
• Comfort working with Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)
• Strong attention to detail and a self-starting mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal in English)
• Experience using Windows-based computer systems
• Familiarity with systems like Oracle SAP or similar inventory tools is a plus
