How youll make an impact

• Drive compliance to standard work and implement effective process controls

• Investigate defects test failures and customer issues to identify root causes

• Lead corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence

• Analyze production and quality data to support problem-solving efforts

• Develop and maintain inspection plans control plans and PFMEAs

• Conduct process and product audits to ensure quality standards are met

• Support internal and external audits including customer and regulatory reviews

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field

• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment

• Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and process control methods

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g. root cause analysis Lean DMAIC)

• Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and schematics
