The Role

At LUZCO we believe great work starts with strong processes and people who care about doing things the right way. Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to help support and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

In this role youll play a key part in maintaining and improving our quality processes. Youll work across teams to ensure consistency support compliance efforts and help bring visibility to performance through data and reporting. What Your Day Will Look Like

• Develop update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are clearly documented consistent and easy to follow across teams
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management Plan (QMP) ensuring documentation stays current and aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) partnering with teams to track issues drive corrective actions and support resolution
• Lead and support internal audits helping ensure compliance with QMS standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Review existing workflows and partner with stakeholders to enhance processes for efficiency quality and consistency
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that streamline operations and reduce risk
• Track analyze and report
• on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into quality trends and performance
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar) to support data-driven decision-making and reporting
• Train and support team members on quality standards tools and best practices
• Communicate updates insights and quality initiatives across teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement
