Pay Range:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicatedQuality Control Inspectorto join our this roleyou willbe responsible forin-process and final inspectionsidentifyand communicate quality concernsidentifynonconformances support corrective actions and provide guidance to production personnelthroughput the manufacturing process.
Duties andResponsibilities:
Perform visual dimensional functional and aesthetic inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
Conduct in-process inspections by reviewing product specifications performing measurements and communicating required adjustments to production personnel and supervisors
Review blueprints drawings specifications and quality requirements to ensure product conformity
Document inspection results accurately andmaintainquality records reports logs and database entries
Generate and process nonconformance reports andassistwith product disposition activities
Communicate quality concerns inspection findings and nonconforming conditions to supervisors and production teamsin a timely manner
Support investigations into quality issues andparticipatein root cause analysis and corrective action activities
Train and educate production personnel on quality requirements inspection results and quality improvement opportunities
Participate in internal quality audits to verify compliance with documented procedures specifications and quality system requirements
Qualifications
MinimumQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in manufacturing productionquality or related environment
Previousquality inspection experiencepreferred
Previousexperience using measuring devices such as tape measures rulers calipers or gauges
Ability to read and follow work instructions specifications and production documentation
Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately document inspection resultsmaintainrecords and enter data into electronic systems
Bilingual Spanish or Hmong a plus
