QA Inspector

QC Inspector for established industrial business

• Quality inspection to include structural piping machining and forming.

• Review of NDE (RTUTMTPT)

• Inspection of welds assuring meets drawings codes and procedures in place to include dimensional revisions.

• Verify traceability of mill test reports

• Observe and documentation on hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing

• Code documentation

To be considered the following are required:

• Experience and ability to read fabrication drawings

• Experience with inspection tools

• ASME - working knowledge

• Experience with hydrostatic and pneumatic testing

• API 510 / API 653 Certification

• ASNT Level II in NDE methods

• High School Diploma

• Certified Welding Inspector

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to be on your feet for extended time as well as ability to bend kneel and climb ladders and scaffold.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Pass background check and drug screen

• Have reliable transportation

• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
