In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys Quality Management System including ISO/AS9100 compliance audit readiness internal and external audits corrective actions calibration compliance customer quality requirements and overall quality performance. This position serves as the primary leader in the quality function and is responsible for ensuring that products processes documentation and systems meet customer regulatory and company addition secondary requirements include day to day operations production flow scheduling on-time delivery operational performance cost reduction facility coordination continuous improvement and hands-on working across Quality Operations Engineering Sales and Production.

• This position must be worked full time at company location in Tempe AZ
• Salary Range for this position is $120000 to $140000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Degree in Quality Engineering Manufacturing Operations or similar preferred
• Minimum of FIVE years of leadership experience in quality manufacturing or engineering
• Strong background in ISO 9001 AS9100 ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems
• Experience leading internal/external audits customer audits correction actions and quality system improvements
• Practical knowledge and experience with root cause analysis corrective/preventative action FMEA/PFMEA SPC Gauge R&R capability studies supplier quality process auditing
• Strong background in ERP production scheduling operations performance MS OFFICE problem solving
• Experience in electro-mechanical products aerospace flow measurement instrumentation or job-shop environment a plus
