What Youll Do
- Lead Teams: Manage HR Administrators and Generalists while developing department goals.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee counseling conflict resolution and recruiting/hiring.
- Compliance & Audits: Maintain the employee handbook run routine plant tours and audit HR records.
- Legal Support: Manage unemployment responses attend hearings and partner with in-house counsel.
- Strategic Partnership: Advise leadership on sensitive issues and drive continuous process improvements.
