Quality Analyst

Job Summary
- Accurately set up manage and maintain the Emerson document repository
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to develop review and maintain procedures and work instructions
- Track and monitor key quality metrics to support data-informed decision-making
- Support training efforts by helping team members understand procedures standards and work instructions
- Assist with documentation related to service requests (SRs) non-conformance reports (NCRs) corrective action requests (CARs) and related processes
- Partner with quality and customer service teams to support customer feedback and complaint resolution processes
- Create presentations using Word and PowerPoint and perform data analysis using tools such as Excel and Access
- Support internal audits and quality system reviews as needed
- Maintain a clean safe and environmentally responsible work environment
- Recommend improvements related to efficiency cost savings quality and safety
- Follow lean principles and 5S practices as guided by leadership
- Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required

- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in a professional environment through relevant education or equivalent work experience
- Exposure to documentation processes quality systems or auditing practices (such as ISO9001)
- Experience using digital tools to support documentation communication and data analysis (e.g. Microsoft tools such as Copilot Climpchamp Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Familiarity with document editing and review tools such as Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to ethical practices integrity and accountability
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting quality assurance or documentation processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with document control systems and audit practices
- Confidence working with data and creating clear informative reports or presentations
- Strong collaboration skills with a constructive and respectful approach to teamwork
- Demonstrated initiative and interest in learning and growing within a quality-focused role
