THE OPPORTUNITY
The QEHS Coordinator plays a key role in ER2s Quality Environmental Health and Safety (QEHS) programs across warehouse and logistics operations. This position supports compliance with regulatory requirements industry certifications customer expectations and company policies through training coordination compliance monitoring auditing support record management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partnering closely with Operations Logistics Human Resources and the QEHS Manager the position promotes a culture of safety quality environmental stewardship and accountability while helping ensure compliance requirements are consistently met across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain QEHS records certifications permits inspections training documentation and compliance-related files.
Monitor compliance deadlines and support regulatory reporting requirements.
Assist with internal and external audits corrective actions and certification activities.
Training & Program Coordination
Coordinate safety environmental and compliance training programs.
Track training completion and support onboarding related to QEHS requirements.
Assist with workplace inspections incident documentation and corrective action tracking.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Operations Logistics Human Resources and leadership teams to support QEHS objectives.
Coordinate with vendors service providers and regulatory agencies as needed.
Communicate compliance requirements safety expectations and process updates across the organization.
Continuous Improvement
Support initiatives that improve safety quality environmental compliance and operational efficiency.
Assist with developing standardized processes procedures and best practices.
Stay informed on applicable regulations standards and industry requirements.
THE VITALS
Previous experience in compliance administration operations support safety quality or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and compliance requirements simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across departments.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud-based business applications.
Comfortable learning new systems regulations and compliance requirements.
Demonstrates professionalism accountability and sound judgment.
