Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Technology Information Systems (CIS/MIS) Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training
7-8 years of experience designing developing and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments
Top 3 required skills:
Advanced Python development (building production grade services APIs or data platforms)
Cloud native development (Docker Kubernetes or equivalent; AWS/Azure preferred)
Strong experience with software design testing and CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
Java development experience (particularly in enterprise or backend service environments)
Experience working with Optimization or ML/DS systems
Data engineering patterns (batch/stream processing large scale datasets)
Familiarity with distributed systems and performance tuning
Experience modernizing legacy systems or leading refactors
