Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:Administers conducts evaluates and supervises the implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessment measures (e.g. Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS) Essential Eight Quick Assessment etc.) and/or other functional assessment measures as assigned or indicated. Develops individualized goals and objectives for home community and center-based programs as indicated by the needs of the people we support. Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Is a role-model for a highly engaging and functioning behavioral Duties: DescriptionPeople We Serve 50% Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives. Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as stated in AbleLights Good Documentation Policy and/or as requested by Director of Behavioral Services. Fulfills clinically recommended service hours requested on client treatment plans. Develops/writes comprehensive reports documenting behavioral recommendations for guardians caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner as requested by assigned BCBA and/or Director of Behavioral Services. Maintain availability to respond to the needs of the persons we serve providing consultation and on-site assistance to behavior crisis situations Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner. Meets regularly with assigned BCBA and Director of Behavioral Services. Enrolled in or completed a MA/MS program in Human Services or related field Supervised hours and approval from an existing BCBA. Ability to submit samples of clinical work (to demonstrate competence) to the state for : 1 years knowledge of functional behavior assessment design behavior support plans design program/goal development behavior reduction and skills acquisition procedures and staff training. 2 years experience supporting individuals with lifelong disabilities. Preferred 1 year experience mentoring highly engaged and effective teams. 2 years experience supporting individuals with lifelong or Certs: Current Provisional Licensure or able to obtain and maintain Provisional Licensure as a BCBA in the state of Demands: Ability to sit and or stand for prolonged periods of time.
