JRE is a commercial real estate firm operating across brokerage property management development and capital. We manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties and are looking for a Property Manager who takes ownership of their assets builds lasting relationships and holds themselves to a high standard.
The Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for owners tenants and vendors across an assigned portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. Day-to-day that means keeping operations running smoothly managing vendors staying ahead of maintenance and ensuring every tenant interaction reflects JREs standards of professionalism.
What Youll Own
- Daily operations and maintenance coordination across assigned properties
- Tenant relations lease administration and move-in/move-out management
- Vendor contracts service coordination and performance oversight
- Budget preparation invoice review and monthly financial reporting
- Collaboration with accounting leasing and ownership stakeholders
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of property management experience preferably in commercial or mixed-use environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Proactive communicator with a service-first mindset
- Financial acumen and comfort with property management software (Yardi MRI or similar)
- High level of initiative and professional judgment
