Job Description

• Develop and implement schedules and work plans for assigned projects
• Communicate with customers and project team members to coordinate schedules changes and resolve issues
• Direct field personnel to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and schedules
• Ensure project documentation and quantity reporting is accurate and complete
• Develop submittals change orders and pay requests as assigned
• Resolve construction problems collaboratively and proactively
• Review and evaluate daily costs timesheets truck and equipment usage
• Monitor employee compliance with safety programs and ensure corrective measures are implemented
• Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control Equipment etc.) to ensure materials inspections and equipment are in place

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in heavy highway civil and site development projects
• Experience with asphalt concrete grading and underground utility work preferred
• Strong quantitative analytical and organizational skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
• Excellent problem-solving written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
