Essential Duties/Functions and Responsibilities
Conduct value engineering reviews to achieve an optimal balance between cost and quality on a $5MM revenue project.
Facilitate communication among various stakeholders including TXDOT Harris County Toll Road Authority Houston Public Works and Fort Bend County.
Draft review and validate change orders managing risks and ensuring alignment among all involved parties.
Host regular project progress meetings to provide clear status updates and proactively identify potential issues that could affect project deliverables.
Implement and oversee asset life cycle management strategies to ensure long-term operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Manage the design phase ensuring engineering consultants deliver per contractual agreements.
Oversee the construction phase tracking timelines milestones and budgets while preparing regular status reports for the client.
Review and validate engineering designs to comply with established standards and regulations.

Bachelors degree in civil engineering required; a must have an active Professional Engineer (PE) License for TX.
Ideally 10 years of hands-onProject Management experience in Transportation Drainage Roadway and Infrastructure projects.
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills substantiated by a track record of successful project delivery.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MicroStation Bentley ProjectWise MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook & Teams) Deltek and other programs required.
