Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Hybrid

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Range: USD 75- 80/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager who excels at driving complex initiatives across multiple teams and organizations. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator possesses strong executive presence thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.

This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional programs ensuring alignment between business product engineering operations and leadership teams. The successful candidate is a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude who consistently finds ways to move initiatives forward and deliver results.

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business engineering product operations and executive leadership teams.
• Drive project planning execution risk management issue resolution and status reporting.
• Facilitate meetings workshops and executive reviews while ensuring clear communication and alignment among all participants.
• Create and maintain project plans timelines milestones dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify blockers and proactively work with teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Influence and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Translate technical and business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed through concise professional and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate resources across multiple functions to achieve project objectives.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on critical business outcomes.
• Track project health risks dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Foster a culture of collaboration ownership and execution excellence.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of Project or Program Management experience in technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.

• Experience working with Engineering Product Management Operations and Business teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Asana
  • Smartsheet
  • Microsoft Project
• PMP PgMP Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale programs and strategic initiatives.
