Job Summary:
The Project Manager at Meyer Plastics Inc is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project activities within the plastics manufacturing company. This role involves planning executing and delivering projects on time within budget and in alignment with company goals and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan develop and manage project scopes timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with production engineering sales and quality control teams to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor and track project progress and report updates to senior management
- Identify and resolve project risks issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Manage relationships with clients vendors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards safety regulations and company policies
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
- Review and approve project documentation reports and deliverables
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects
- Manage and mentor project team members to ensure productivity and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Asana or Trello
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
