Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement retrospectives daily standups and stakeholder reviews to support efficient execution and continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications middleware integration infrastructure database and vendor teams to drive successful project outcomes
Manage project scope schedules risks dependencies budgets and resource planning across multiple concurrent initiatives
Support enterprise integration and modernization initiatives involving middleware platforms API services DataPower implementations and Oracle database migration/modernization programs
Partner with business stakeholders product owners architects and technical teams to prioritize backlogs manage expectations and align delivery with business priorities
Monitor sprint metrics delivery health team velocity and capacity planning to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery
Proactively identify and resolve project risks blockers and cross-team dependencies escalating issues with clear mitigation plans and executive-ready reporting
Coordinate release planning deployment schedules testing cycles and production readiness activities across enterprise platforms
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile management tools to maintain backlogs track progress manage reporting dashboards and ensure documentation accuracy
Drive governance activities including status reporting steering meetings RAID management and executive communication across technology and business stakeholders
Promote Agile best practices process optimization collaboration and continuous improvement across delivery teams and enterprise programs.
