Job Summary
Act as a liaison to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional goals. Lead the process of developing executing resolving issues communicating and driving the final results of each project. Serve as the primary point of contact for large sized projects requiring leadership and experience of a seasoned project management professional. Assist in implementing a culture of improvement across the institution. Coach staff in the coordination and management of project related activities.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in health administration business or project of 5 years related experience to include at least 3 years managing leading a large project team on a large scale project (budget impact or time); full cycle from initiation to project successful experience working with vendors consultants and other purchased services.

Preferred
Master of Science in Project Management health administration business or working in a Project Management Consulting successful experience leading complex change management in an organizational Six Sigma or Kaizen training/ record of project completion through use of methodologies including project and time management team development and status reporting.
Compensation Range
$97665.00 - $146497.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
