Job Description
Responsibilities:

Assemble and lead project based teams to successfully execute assigned projects and facilitate collaboration across departments
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment ensuring a project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Understand interdependencies between technology operations and business needs
Meet with internal and external customers to clarify specific requirements of each project
Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; determine project specifications by studying product design customer requirements and performance standards
Develop comprehensive project plans
Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications calculating time requirements sequencing project elements
Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; delegating project tasks based on personnel strengths skill sets and experience levels
Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems tools and techniques; maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress coordinating activities and resolving problems
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Control project plan by reviewing design specifications and plan and schedule changes; recommend actions; perform risk management to minimize project risks
Determine applicable project documentation requirements and ensure comprehensive documentation of all aspects of a project
Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences including project team senior management and key stakeholders
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork innovation and excellence
Participate in establishing practices templates policies tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
