Job Summary
PROJECT ENGINEER
Location: Sacramento CA
We are seeking motivated Project Engineers with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $250M.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with project coordination and administration
Generate and manage RFIs
Review process and track submittals
Assist with change orders and document control
Update and maintain submittal schedules in coordination with Superintendents and project schedulers
Spend time in the field working alongside Superintendents for project support and training
Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting
Collaborate effectively with project teams subcontractors and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience on large commercial construction projects ($250M)
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project documentation
Proficiency with Procore Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Primavera P6 experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a strong team-player mentality
