Mullins Mechanicalis a leader in industrial and large commercial mechanical plumbing HVACconstruction projects are often inthe industrialand manufacturing environments such as Data Centers manufacturing facilities automotive plants chemical plants distribution centers warehouses and other large commercial facilities. We are a self-performing specialty contractor specializing in design-build applications HVAC systems plumbing process piping systems boiler and chiller systems equipment installation and rigging plant relocation and maintenance and metal fabrication.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Document Control Specialist on project-specific requirements and project documentation strategy during construction phases.

• Set up and maintain Procore logs (RFIs Submittals Procurement Compliance).

• Train and mentor Construction Administrative Assistants (CAAs) on documentation standards and workflows.

• Ensuretimelyandaccuratedocument exchange with General Contractors.

• Track subcontractor compliance and support internal reporting.

• Collaborate with project teams to align documentation with cost schedule and procurement data.

• Manage closeout documentation and support warranty phase readiness.

• Occasionaljobsitevisits may berequired.

• Additionalresponsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction project coordination or document control.

• Proficiencyin Procore or similar construction management platforms.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to mentor and train junior administrative staff.

• Familiarity with construction documentation workflows including RFIs submittals procurement and compliance.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple documentation streams.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working across field and project teams.
