Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across design GIS and ARM teams
• Coordinate project workflows from design through release to construction
• Participate in release-to-construction and priority report meetings
• Track and maintain project metrics such as need-by dates permits and checklist completion
• Generate reports for design area managers
• Assist with QA/QC tasks to ensure accurate and complete deliverables
• Partner with data clerks to validate jobs before release to reduce errors and rework
• Collaborate with design scheduling construction and CD&D teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ARM systems
• Familiarity with GIS tools or GIS Viewer
• Ability to interpret basic design sketches or construction drawings
• Experience supporting engineering or utility teams
